All related placement services are at no cost to you, the candidate. The organization that hires you is responsible for the placement fee.

Our Process

  1. Submit Your Resume
    The first step in finding the perfect job is to submit your resume. You can do this by clicking “Submit your Resume Today” on the right or by registering with Premium Recruitment Solutions. If you are not qualified for specific openings, we will keep your resume on file and contact you immediately if your qualifications closely match another opportunity we have available.

  2. Screening & Interview
    After reviewing your resume we will contact you for an interview. We will ask questions about your current and previous employment, about your job skills, your availability, salary expectations and any other questions that maybe related to one of our clients current opportunities.

  3. Presenting Your Resume
    If PRS has determined that you are a suitable candidate we will ask your permission to present your qualifications to one of our clients. At the clients discretion we will contact you to schedule a time for you to meet with the client and discuss the position.

  4. References and Background Checks
    After one of our clients has expressed an interest in hiring you, with your approval we will contact your previous employers to inquire about your employment history. We will require at least the names and phone numbers of three (3) work-related references.

  5. Presenting the Offer
    Should one of our client decide to offer you a position in their organization we will present you with all the relevant information that you require to make an informed and educated decision. (i.e. salary, benefits, etc.)

  6. Follow Up
    We maintain contact with our candidates to help ensure a smooth transition into their new position. We will also address any issues with the employer that may come up, leading up to and in the time after your start date.
